Hello Everyone!

I'm writing because I have been invited to participate in an exhibition at the APW Gallery in Queens, NY. I am of course very surprised and grateful that they would pick me out of a crowd to e-mail.

However, I have encountered a couple of people that have had very bad experiences with the gallery and I was wondering if any of you had taken part in something this gallery has done or if you been to the gallery.

I was invited to participate in an exhibition called Small Things Big Ideas, where nothing can be bigger than 10in. The first 200 artists are accepted, so anyone can apply, you can submit up to 6 items but again not of them can be bigger than 10in.

Please if you know anything about them let me know! I'm really leaning toward doing this but my parents are now very skeptical after hearing those few reviews. I wouldn't want to diminish anyone's bad experience but I'm still drooling at the idea of being in a gallery in New York and seeing my own work.

I believe the gallery found me on deviantArt which is amazing and awesome considering how many great artists are here. Giving the size restraints I think they were looking at my jewelry, which would be the easiest to send and display without too much worry.
